Re: Lay faked his death...Probably would work a lot better with a drowning rather than a heart attack. Kind of hard to not find the body with a heart attack. And I would imagine they will confirm it to be him. I had a co-worker that got into similar trouble in Austin years ago. Drowned at Lake Travis and they could not ever find the body. Many today think he is still alive.
Re: Lay faked his death...I blame the CIA. I think Lay was going to come out with some inside info to cut a deal that would finally sink W so he was taken care of. Just my two cents.

For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.
HOUSTON (AP) _ A Sunday memorial service is scheduled in Aspen, Colorado, for Enron founder Kenneth Lay.
The 64-year-old businessman died suddenly Wednesday during a vacation in Aspen. A coroner blamed his death on heart disease. He was awaiting sentencing after a federal jury in Houston found him guilty of fraud and conspiracy charges earlier this year. A Lay family spokesman says a memorial service open to Lay family and friends is scheduled for two p-m Mountain time Sunday at Aspen Chapel in Aspen. Another memorial is scheduled for eleven a-m Houston time Wednesday at First United Methodist Church in Houston.
