I didn't think that was possible being an SHS grad. No wonder you're "exs."

My prediction: SMU goes 8-4 (yes, I'm serious) and meets a 6-6 Baylor team in a bowl game of old rivals. THAT would be fun.
Baylor vs. SMU. It's not just a game. It's Holy War.

no bowl game, losing record.
convince me otherwise.
SMU vs Baylor??? If I wanted to watch a pillow fight I'd show up at the Sigma Chi house during pledgeship.

Tech-L 42-24 SMU plays steady ball-control offense...Tech doesn't...talent shows, and SMU CBs are toast for the balance of the game.
North Texas-W 45-24 The ground game continues to roll...
SHS-W 42-17 SMU balances the offense this week against an overmatched opponent.
Arkansas State-W The Scarlet( O'Haras ) prove to be very tough...but not quite enough.
ASU players leave the field muttering after Chase catches the game winning TD pass" I'll get him back...after all, tomorrow is another day."
Tulane-W 42-28 Kindly SMU team that helps hurricane-ravaged TU team in 2005 turns nasty in NO. Nagin applies for additional federal dollars to boost attendance.
UTEP-L 42-20 UTEP remembers, and SMU pays.
Marshall-W 21-10 This is the game that can make or break the season...I like the final score, well, because it brings back pleasant memories.
ECU-W 31-13 Payback for the debacle at Ford...all seven fans show up in their house this time.
UAB-W 35-17 Martin runs wild, reaches 1000 yards for the season in this game.
Houston-L 42-28
Coogs are that good, and will play in a bowl.
Tulsa-L 27-24 SMU is plagued by turnovers, and poor special-team play.
Rice-W 52-14 SMU CBs have grown up, and the defense turns in a dominating performance.
The Mustangs wait for the bowl scenarios to play out and take the I-30 exit to ACS to face a thrilled Baylor squad.
Ft. Worth Bowl SMU v. BU 24-22 A late kickoff return by of all people Givens sets up the Ponies for a last-second FG by Pardee...oops...whoever is the kicker of the week.
Mustang players, fans, and families storm the field and promptly deposit rye grass on the playing surface in a futile attempt to repeat the Mustang Band's earlier moment of glory. Peruna graciously provides the fertilizer.
9-4
stable-boy for the four horsemen of the apocalypse

Houston is not that good. We'll beat the Coogs on our home turf.

Gut wrenching second half. We win with 00:00 left on a defensive penalty OR in OT.
Similar to last year.
