Hi,

I'm a football dvd collector and trader and have these 3 games. I'm looking for trading with anyone who may have some more perhaps from the 80-86 period.

also have 1 smu basketball game 1984 vs. Georgetown (very rare).

Cannot sell them as that is against the rules but swapping is allowed. Those in the hobby know what i mean.

would love to hear from you..

I recently received a DVD of highlights of the 1982 football season hosted by Dandy Don Meredith. It includes the famous Bobby Leech last-second TD kick-off return against Texas Tech!

Hi Ford,

if you are interested in a swap, plz email me [email protected] for details. I'm in Plano, btw.

I am interested in the 1982 UT-SMU game. Is our copy a complete game or coaches film and how would you rate the quality? For this game any one of my 3 games are available. The 1983 UT-SMU game is a C- quality but watchable, the other two are much better. the 1984 SMU-G'town game is a good video.

thanks

I bet the only copy might be coaches' game film- I know it wasn't televised anywhere that day.

By the way, I am told that the Heritage Hall group will have a ton of game video's and dvd's available very soon.

yes, $50 is too much

Postby westsidehf » Sat Jul 15, 2006 9:46 pm

yes, that is the trouble with going the official route via the ADept. If you want to collect an entire season it may be $300-$600 (depending on volume discounts) If you want to collect everything every made you would be out thousands. Better to swap and do it less (I avg $1.50-$2.25 per game).

I'll be getting the SMU-Ark 1982 game next month and will be able to swap that.
