Now I know. And knowing is half the battle.

TCU will also have to investigate Bomar's two episodes of under-age drinking. If he transfers, it's likely that Bomar will have to undergo what all TCU students found guilty of under-age drinking go through -- mandatory alcohol counseling. TCU is one of only a handful of institutions in the nation that note this punishmnt for under-age drinking. The institution takes this issue very seriously. If anybody can get Rhett Bomar back on a straight path, TCU may well be the one.
oh brother.

Which is of course better than knowing half the bottle.

The Disciples of Christ must have laid down the law to their coach.

And now TCU is not interested. There is no hope now. All is lost.

Perhaps Patterson didn't have a spare C Note for each of them. Just kidding. I suspect these guys didn't want to sit out a year and they'll go to 1-AA where they can play this year. Let's hope its not heaven forbid SHS.

It seems that NAIA is more likely as they will probably be suspended by the NCAA for at least one season (including 1A, 1AA, etc).

Sam Houston State is already loaded up with QBs. In fact, one of them is Noah Allen who transferred from OU. He was edged out by Bomar two years ago in Norman. Imagine the irony if Bomar were to come to Sam Houston, too. But, as mentioned elsewhere on this thread, Bomar will most likely head to an NAIA school.

What about what happened to the Doug Williams at grambling when he publically held up a grambling jersey with Clarrett written on the back. Didn't he catch some serious trouble for that including discussions of suspension and/or termination? Or am I just imagining things?

I don't think you are supposed to whip up a media frenzy. I think you can only report your interest to the media (either radio, TV, or print).
