Former SMU QB Craig James will be calling Houston Texans' preseason games on KTRK-TV (ABC) Channel 13 in Houston this summer/fall.

The Cotton Bowl, which has dropped in the TV pecking order since its pre-BCS days, will be moved from the morning of Jan. 1 to the afternoon of Jan. 2. Fox Sports will broadcast the game.

ESPN college football analyst Lee Corso has been selected to the Florida Sports Hall of Fame.

Of COURSE I'm in the Hall of Fame. That's the way it should be.
