Rice seems to have a nice team that might win one of the greatest upsets in college football history. What are some of the other great upsets - especially by SMU?

While I agree that Rice is much improved this year over last, it probably only means they will score 14 instead of the 10 they scored last year. I look for them to be a much tougher opponent in the coming years, though.

I think a Rice win might rival the greatest upset of all time: the 1921 upset of Harvard by Centre College. Bunch of Texas boys led by Bo McMillan did the trick for tiny Centre.
