yes there are 10 more games to go...but the problem is that in the first 2, there has been little positive to look at for finding hope in the future

Defense:
Tech: Held them 21-3 at the half and only 2 touchdowns in the entire second half.
N Texas: Held the offense to one touchdown in three quarters. The 4th quarter they only got another touchdown and a field goal.

SP: The return team has been sparks.. provided they hold on to the ball. they get good field position alot of the time.

Not so positive:
Offense:.. I've seen sparks and drives come together but nothing sustaining to keep us in the game. Willis seems indecisive..it seems like he wants to run sometimes but hesitates because he wants to try to find an open reciever. If the Oline can hold we could do great..

the defense is good until it gets tired, easy to understand, except its a problem since our offense never stays on the field very long...

so, to sum up - offense bad, defense decent

Look at the seniors on this team: Joe Sturdivant, Justin Rogers, Adrian Haywood, Bobby Chase, Ryan Kennedy, Rey Pellerin, Brandon Bonds, Darrin Johnson, etc. .... these guys have been through hell FOR US. They were the ones out there as freshmen when we went winless. They have been in the weightroom and running in the summer for us. They are guys of high character who have shown us many times they won't quit. WE CAN NOT QUIT ON THEM.
