Just got an e-mail with a good point:

Arkansas State wears red, so lets flood Ford Stadium with BLUE (and white) SMU gear.

WEAR RED. WE ARE THE HOME TEAM; WE WILL OUTNUMBER THEM; THEY DEFER TO US. IF THEY DON'T LIKE IT THEY CAN WEAR WHITE OR GREEN OR WHATEVER. IF THEY WEAR RED, THEY LOOK LIKE US. JUST BECAUSE WE PLAY A TEAM THAT WEARS RED, TOO, DOESN'T MEAN WE HAVE TO CHANGE COLORS.

WHAT COLOR JERSEY WILL OUR TEAM WEAR? RED.

That is their problem, not ours! This is our house, so wear red! Red is our game colors.

Yes...RED! Home team shouldn't have to change colors because of the visiting team.

yes good point.. wear what the team wears.. I will be wearing my lance mcillhenny 1982 cotton bowl jersey.. so i will be wearing traditional smu blue

100% right. Never change what you would wear at home for anybody, especially not Arkansas State.
