Here's a guy whose life has just been ripped apart. It is not uncommon for people in that situation to hit the bottle. Hopefully his friends will help him get through this. If I was facing the potential time he's looking at, I might be tempted to have a few last benders before going into the slammer.

Only if he traveled back in time. He was arrested at 1:45 a.m. on Sept. 9th. That's BEFORE the NTSU game was played.

He was probably out with his daughter - who is, by the way, one of the most talented copy writers SMU has ever seen (according to professors at Temerlin). She will have a very successful career in advertising, if she wants.
