Great time in the Big Easy! We met a lot of PonyFans posters there, and might even put up some of the pic's on the Special Delivery site! First of all, it's great to win our third in a row, but why in he-- do our corners continue to play so soft. Third and seven and we are ten yards off, over and over and over and etc...... Tulane was just playing throw and catch, it's seems like we are just hoping the qb makes a bad throw, or the receiver drops it, because we are not going to force the issue. We MUST sub the lb's and d tackles more, we were GASSED in the 4th quarter. The only back-up lb I saw get in there was Will Bonilla, and that was for one snap when we ran a 3 man front. Tulane passed for 400 yards, if they hadn't dropped so many, I can't imagine what would have happened. We have to play balls to the wall for sixty minutes! I will post more thoughts later........got to get unpacked! Oh yeah, CSTV will show the replay Monday night at 5:00.

Couple of more things, Dorsey and Mapps do not have the speed to get around the corner....at least not last night. I thought Fitzgerald and Fred Turner were supposed to play last night....I never saw them get on the field.

All I read was that Fitzgerald and Turner were available to play, not that they necessarily would.

Not sure about the LBs, but I thought Haywood and Bonds were sensational last night.
