I know a few people wrote to SMU about the no-return policy. Did anyone get a response?
I have made a few calls but did not get a call back.
Thank you to whoever posted the University of Texas policy.

The no return policy started this year.
If you go outside the stadium, you are not allowed back in with your ticket stub.

I believe that once you leave Ford Stadium you can not return unless you have a new ticket. That is for security purposes only.

As of a few minutes ago, I did get a call from a high up in SMU Athletic department.
Gate 4 is going to be the designated Out Pass Gate.
Please know that re-entry will be back through Only Gate 4 and that all bags and purses will go through inspection.
I see this as a step towards Customer Service and applaud the Ahtletic Staff for meeting and amending the policy.
Go Mustangs

Don't applaud just yet.. we have no idea if yellow-shirt will adhere to new rule of law. My guess is.. muchas personas p!ssed off-ah

That question was asked along with a suggested answer that yellow shirts should all know.
In order to help you, we have an Out Pass gate at Gate 4. It is right this way.
Hope you are enjoying the game.

What about the Pass Out gate? ... oh wait, I'm not in NOLA anymore.

I for one am just relieved to know that SMU has an in-and-out policy, whatever it is.

Bus...that has been the policy since the first game in Ford Stadium. If they have changed that policy, that is great

Way to go bus! You proved by going to the people that HAVE the power to change things, it can happen...... not by bashing posters on this site. Pro-active my friend........and I am a big fan of that!

Trying to get something changed? Where's the fun in that, I would much rather whine all day about how right I am and that if everybody had listened to me 20 years ago we wouldn't be in this mess.

On a side note, anybody need a patent attorney?
