Tell me about it.....the guy has been off work
for the last two weeks filming more episodes
down there in Austin!

But of course we are happy for him, he has
been working a long time to land a gig like this
and I think the injured player and his family will
be a central part of the show if it makes the cut.

He is a very nice guy and I will ask him if there is any
way he could throw on an SMU t-shirt for one of his scenes.
He actually was a walk-on at Tennessee before he suffered a
career ending injury.

I watched it about 5 to 10 minutes before losing interest, and didn't catch
that about their QB Street. I'm from Longview, and played Jr. High
football when Street was at LHS.

I've read the book which was interesting with a grain of salt. The movie
was mediocre, and included WAY too many big hits. Kinda like the over
dramatization of the WWII, and Viet Nam movies.
