They are kind of cute over there. They have a thread trying to figure out who and where they will tailgate. Apparently about 4 people are showing up but they can not figure out where yet. Gosh I love the Blvd.

Remember - only white people can be racist.

As far as that comment about "illegals", it was hardly racist. Perhaps nationalist, and definantly stereotyping, but it didn't define "illegals" as hispanic, or say that all hispanics are illegals.

Of course the UTEP fan's comments implied this, so perhaps THEY are the racists!

Yes, in the context of playing against UTEP, on the Mexican/US border, it was quite clear he was referring to illegal Slovakians. Thank you for clarifying this.

truthfully, the dept. of homeland security has large planeloads heading out of this end of the border daily full of large numbers of "OTMs" (other than mexicans). Most common: Brazilians. If you speak portuguese, they have a well-paid gig for you.

Mexicans aren't a race. I'll accept labeling the comment as an "ethnic slur" but I'm tired of people calling everything "racism" when it isn't really.
