I've been to five of these affairs in the Rotton Bowl. Proud to say Texas is 3-1-1. The last one I was at in 1998. My best memory was 1990 when Peter Gardere found Keith Cash in the North End Zone with about 1:10 to play. And then watched OU's kicking game fall apart as R.D. Lasher missed the 47-yarder to win it.
But my disdain for OU -- now led by Bob Stupid -- really mushroomed in 1987. It was my freshman year, I coming to school from out of state, and the first year we didn't play. That was the OU 47-9 blowout.
I'm wearing an SMU hat and after the game, I'm walking on the Fair Grounds and some drunk-a$$ OU fans came up to me and asked how SMU did that weekend. I thought it was funny -- not. They were very proud of themselves because they actually kept up with the news in Oklahoma.
From then on, I thought the school with paperclip for a logo on its helmet doesn't deserve a second thought.
So for what it's worth, OU Sucks, it's band is ridiculous and Hook'em Horns.
And let's beat the hell out of UTEP!!

Why do you have such hatred for OU, it is borderline scary. I see you post all the time how much you hat them. Let it go man, let it go.

Could not care less about U to U (UTOU). I wouldn't watch the game if, for the half time show, they reenacted the Last Supper with the original cast!
And it isn’t a hate thing, it’s an apathy thing.

Prediction:
Jevan Sneed sees more playing time than Colton McCoy because McCoy gets to rattled by a resurging OU D that had an extra week to prepare for this game.
A.D. runs all over UT for an unprecidented 274 yards and 3 TDs and vaults himself back to number 1 on many Heisman polls.
Thompson throws 2 TDs and runs for another as OU destroys the hearts of the Longhorn faithful.
OU 48
UT 24

Does anybody know what Bevo's truck and trailer were doing parked over on Llano (or maybe Velasco) last night? Grazing in a lower greenville backyard?

Did I mention that OU sucks? Hell, Boomer Sooner isn't even their own damn song. They had to copy Yale's, Bulla, Bulla.
