Our QB Situation

Given our history of dark clouds, and how small things can mushroom before we blink, let's assay the situation as it stands...

This is how I see it.

SMU is coming home against Marshall. A team that, to be honest, shouldn't of beaten SMU last year. The Stangs quit playing and never could get back into the endzone and then had a bad call go their way that ended up costing SMU the game (but SMU still shouldn't played to the end, not saying that one play cost us).

No reason we shouldn't blow this game open like we did against ASU and SHSU.

Whether Slater or Willis starts, I think SMU has a good chance. That IS if Slater continues to improve as much as he did from that 1st half to the 2nd half.

I still think if we can have Willis there, he needs to be there.

The game I really just have to see Willis back is that ECU game. ECU is going to be the testing point for this team IMO at this point of the season.
