How much did this cost us tonight? Slater had some well thrown balls, but I would have liked to see him play. Does anyone know how long the suspension will be?

Easily cost us this game. It took Slator two quarters to get his feet set under him. Justin would have produced some points in the first half. Plus it probably adversely affected the team's moral initially since reports indicated that they were not playing very enthusiastically.

We were picked to lose this game. With Willis we couda, shouda, but we did not have him. If we miss a bowl by 1 game, it is NTSU.

Breaking rules is breaking rules, but when your team is at a turning point like this,(I know its $#!++y)but exceptions have to be made.

I Don't agree.
For God's sake, 2 players from "YALE" played this weekend after being arrested for fighting in the last week... NOTE: Arrested... No arrests yet for Willis.
Guilty until proven innocent @ smu?????????

That makes no [deleted] sense. You go to bowl games by winning games you're supposed to lose.

And you do not go to bowls by losing games you should win. Does it make sense now or do you need a remedial course in common sense.

And you mine. Of course we need to win a game or 2 we should not, we are very seldom favored. But your statement means Ohio State can not go bowling because they will win no games they should not. The point I am making is that IF we end up 1 game short of bowling this year, I am going to look at the NTSU game before I will look at this game.

I thought the team played a damn good game in the SUN BOWL. Corey did an outstanding job considering he did not prepare during he week to run the offense. SMU will be in a bowl. The only other game we can lose is UH, and we can beat them. 9-3, Liberty Bowl!!
