Read the police report everyone. Willis did not call him a F@g... Emmanuel Sanders did. He didn't even hit him first. Sanders did that too...

Is there an official school policy that players up before the Judicial Board or whatever it is can not play?

If the official reason Justin is suspended is for violating team rules why can't the athletic dpt or PB reinstate him? Or if they can, why haven't they? PB seems to indicate it is out of his hands until the situation is resolved. Is that really the case? If so then who placed Justin on suspension?

Team rules are set by the coach. If coach wants Justin to play then he can if it is about breaking team rules. It looks like PB actually does not control his football team and team rules are really not team rules but the rules of the school Judicial Council.

Why can't we be a normal D-1 school?

I think the police realize that this is more akin to "fighting words" anyway which differs from a Hate Crime.

In this situation, one would hope.

But the fact that it is taking this long for a decision leads me to believe that the PC Police on the Hilltop are running this circus act.

I am way to lazy and disinterested to do something like that. But I'd read it if somebody else did and posted it on, say, an SMU Football Blog, or somesuch.
