I think Slater should. He's prepared all week as if he is the starter knowing that this could happen. That said, he should get 1 or 2 series and then let Justin enter the game.
For the sake of protocol and JW understanding that you don't automatically get the job back (even though we know he will). I recognize the one-game suspension is part of this, but I also think it would be unfair to Slater to an extent.

All week, meaning yesterday's full practice and the short practice on Tuesday? I'm pretty sure that is all that they have practiced so far this week. I could be wrong. However, if Justin can prove that he's ready for the game on Saturday, let him start.
