Sounds like trumped up charges when you read the part about one of them slapping an officer on the shoulder. What does that even mean?

For the intelligent among us, that means you don't lay hands on a cop. Ever.

Was it incidental? Only a five yard penalty.

One would think that after last week, our players would be walking on eggshells. I guess not!

i was told from someone who was there that sledge "tapped" an officer on the shoulder to try and explain to him what was going on... sledge is a great guy and doesnt have a mean streak in him, which suprised me when i got the message at 2:30am of what was going on. I know for a fact sledge did not "slap" any officer, that would be completely out of his character... nevertheless you can never touch a police officer...

Don't we teach these players anything? Everyone knows Dallas PD don't care what is actually going on - they just want to arrest people to make it look like they are doing something. Why don't we have people going with players when they leave campus to make sure they don't punch gays, and if they see cops GO THE OTHER WAY.

Do not say that when your evidence professor calls on you in class.
