The best definiton of leadership is taking people somewhere they think they can't or don't won't to go to:

Leadership: Winston Churchill & Scott Cowen (TU)

No Leadership: Neville Chamberlain, Captain of the Titanic & Myles Brand

Sounds great, but the strange part is that the Tulane fans have no confidence that Cowen can or will follow through. We'll see, at least someone has the balls to call a spade a spade.
