Two players arrested

From what I heard, both Hasson and Sledge's role in the "brawl" is blown incredibly out of proportion. They were attempting to break up a couple of frat guys beating each other up, and got Dmart'd by the DPD. Similar circumstance from what I heard. Suspension is unlikely.

Any touching if not at the request of the person being touched is technically a battery. An attempt to touch is an assault. So even if you try to tap the cop on the shoulder and miss, it could be an assault. Bottom line, never ever touch a cop and always do exactly what they tell you to do and thank them for doing it to you.

"I know for a Fact" sitting in my dorm room at the Tulsa Law School when I got a telephone call at 2:28 in the morning telling me exactly what happened. Is that triple hearsay at least. Tell it to the Judge.

I gave the DPD credit for the .01 -- you're right, I bet they didn't even get a test. They just got a PI ticket cuz the cops believed they were sh*tfaced.

Lazy cops w/ no alcohol tests, just an attitude against SMU students. Note also I said students, NOT FB players.
