All Access Question

Postby SmooBoy » Thu Oct 19, 2006 8:37 am

I am thinking of signing up to All Access for the ECU game. What has been anyone's experience with this? If I go monthly when is the payment automtically withdrawn. Is it easy to cancel if I am not impressed?

Any guidance on this is appreciated as I would like to know if it is worth it.

You should not have any problem cancelling. I had to change some email and sign on info yesterday and called customer service. I had them sign me up for annual ($49.95) and they said, without me asking, that they would refund my October automatic payment since I did the annual. They seemed to be very professional in handling their business and took care of me, a very confused old man, in a manner of minutes. I would suggest you call (1-888-870-CSTV) and talk to a human. Someone on the board yesterday said they were not getting email response.

Thanks, mrydel. And the quality of the presentation is worth it?

You will get a very clear picture on very small screen and a pretty blurred pictue on the large screen. It is however much better than just radioing or gametrackering. I like it because I had 25 years of either scratchy radio transmission or nothing at all other than looking at the scores on sports news. Options in order are 1. Attend the game 2. Watch on Television (if broadcast) 3. All Access, 4. Radio 5. Internet stream

yup... that's the exact order... but I must say jacking my laptop into the TV has worked our pretty darn well.

But I am not smart enough to know how to do that so I can not include it on my list.
