Nice fans, nice facilities. Wish it had been a better outcome. Still had a great time seeing my Ponies which I don't get to do as often as I would like.

Couple of points: It seemed after the big pass play that ECU delivered in the first drive scared us from playing receivers too tight on the line. Thus there was way too much room for the ECU receivers to come in underneath. Also, from our vantage point high up you could better see the passing plays develop. In the first quarter, the players didn't seem to be confident where they were lined up and were confused by some of the ECU packages. In the 2nd-4th quarters we seemed to line up tighter and had more of a pass rush. In the end it didn't matter. It just made their drives longer and more third down plays. In the first quarter it was taking 1or 2 downs for then to do the same thing.

I will say our guys didn't quit and were still playing hard at the finish. Their fans were pissed that we scored late. I heard some of them talking after the game that it seems to be a tradition at ECU. Whether they are ahead or behind, they always give up a last minute touchdown.
