Me too! Sir, shooting-star, sir.

UTEP... I'm still looking for a conference championship. If UTEP losses, though, it's okay, because Texas El Paso needs to lose twice... Regardless, Tulsa needs to lose to someone else besides us... if that happens and we run the table... we will have tie breakers over Tulsa and Houston, by beating them. Unless of course the first tiebreaker is overall record. In which case we're screwed. Okay that was my sunshiny outlook on tonights game. ![]() Eric Dickerson in Pony Excess "I've love winning man, it's like better than losing." - Ebby Calvin "Nuke" LaLoosh
An automatic bowl invite is more important at the moment than a slim chance at a conference championship. Right now, SMU doesn't have a tiebreaker with UTEP and UTEP has one on SMU (head to head). SMU needs UTEP to have more conference losses than SMU. SMU still controls its destiny with Houston and Tulsa. Accordingly... Go Tulsa!
Likewise, go So. Miss.! Obviously, Memphis over Marshall and UCF over Houston would be nice, too.
