after nearly falling asleep before halftime in a slightly cold nite, I saw the 2nd biggest victory for smu in the last decade. One more win away from NO.

Not necessarily. UTEP could still finish above SMU and go to New Orleans.

Two wins away from a bowl berth. At least.

As much as I love NO, it is the last Bowl Game CUSA goes to. It pays less than SMU does to get SHSU to play us. However, the guys in FW might be a better pay day for SMU.

Sorry but I'm not one to be picky about which bowl we go to...as long as we go to one.

Saw that...and that can't be good considering our attendance last night. Sad to say, the students came out but the regular fans stayed away.

Learn to face the facts. 7 wins gets it done. 6 is not a sure thing.

We need 2 more Ws out of the next 3 games. Tall order. We just might miss it by "that much". 6-6 = staying home in December, fellas.

Hate to say it, but I believe Kolb will pick our secondary apart, and Tulsa will flat-out pulverize us. I'm just holding out hope for that road miracle at Rice, to put us at 6-6. I gave up any hope for a bowl after ECU.
