The march toward automatic bids to the NCAA tournament for both teams continues.
Very proud of both teams with conference titles (a la the Craig James way) and the numerous individual awards. Great days for them. Keep it up and let's play into December.

SC are UAB are approaching 60' and are tied at 2 ... SC player has just been sent off with a red card. SMU plays the winner of this game.
For the women, UTEP and Colorado College are tied at 1 with about 7 minutes to play.

Either one would be fine with me. You know the guys would like another crack at UAB, and the South Carolina guy who got tossed (and therefore misses the next game) is Ayo Akinsete, who scored the tying goal against SMU when they played here.
Bailey's goal in the women's game was fantastic. Collected the ball with her back to the goal about 20 yards out, turned and arced a beautiful shot over the Tulsa keeper, who had no shot at saving it. Great goal.
