I stayed at the Hotel Palomar and walked by there on the way to the Blvd. Looks like SMU is letting nature and vagrants tear down the buildings for them.

It was great being able to walk to the game. Nice place, hard to shake the thoughts of my stays at the Hilltop. Service is great, very nice rooms, a bit more than what I wanted to pay but location location location. Told them they need to start marketing to out of town fans coming in for football games.
Needless to say I am staying there for the Houston and Tulsa games.

Haven't heard anything today. I searched the US case party index. nobody Vodicka transferred an interest in the property to has filed for bankruptcy in the last few days as far as I could tell. I wonder. Maybe they actually had a hearing.

Since it's implied that we're racketeers, is it OK to call my Uncles Vito & Guido in to help get this settled??

That will work. Sounds like Vodika is having "partial qualifers" to do a lot of his dirty work.
