New message board section

I'd like to see another message board on ponyfans.com that deals with general Hilltop activities. The other site has a section sort of like I'm thinking, but I don't go over there much. I think it would be pretty neat to have a place where students can talk about their parking tickets and alums can complain about the donation request mailings flooding their mailbox.
