Headline from Tulsa World Sports:

"Meltdown versus Mustangs"

'TU Blows 17-point lead against SMU; 34-24 loss extends the Hurricane losing skid to three.'

Tulsa World give excellent coverage:

The story is the headline
Two full pages of coverage later in the sports section
4 color photos
2 b/w photos
4 stories (One specifically about Justin Willis)

Story Headline:
"Willis shows he is 'real deal'"

(yeah, there's not much else going on in Tulsa)

Tulsa was one of the schools that offered Willis when he was recruited. Obviously, they are very disappointed that he isn't a Hurricane.

Wouldn't you be (if you were a Golden Hurricane fan)?

Paul Smith is a pretty good QB, but Willis is better, and has three years left, as opposed to one for Smith.

Isn't that the paper that makes you pay to read their on-line version?

Newspapers are a business, I realize, but they're not exactly the Wall Street Journal or Washington Post (and I don't think the Post charges). I remember trying to read the Tulsa paper before our game with them last year, and when I was asked for a credit card number, I never went back to their site.
"What kind of weirdo school are they running over there in Fort Worth?"

You had to pay up to this year, it is free now. They always have great coverage. They had stories about SMU all week.
