Anyone have an idea on what the line for the Rice game might be?

After the game, we were thinking Rice by 1 or 2, but that was before we heard the QB was hurt. Probably opens as a pick 'em or SMU by 1.

I'm thinking Rice will be favored slightly even with the QB out, but then what do I know.

It'll be Pickems when the line is issued. Just my guess.

Not everybody has their odds up. I seriously wonder, though I would be surprised, if they knew about Clement's injury. That seems like a lot of points to me.

Rice beat ECU with the QB out and the game's at home which is worth three points. It was pretty sad that they only had 12,669 sold tickets for the ECU game. Maybe the SMU game will be better attended. I would assume that ECU had a few hundred fans because they usually travel better than average and draw well at home. This weekend's game has a LOT at stake for both teams. Go Ponies!

Edit: I saw this from a Cougar fan at the Rice game:

"BTW: it looked like ECU brought about 50 fans to the game. And, no, Sandra Bullock was not one of them."
