well if ECU loses and we sneak in to the New Orleans bowl, we would face some crappy Sun Belt team and beat 'em up! I hope whoever Rice plays smokes them to show them they are worthless.

man, this hurts. I know the players are hurting worse, but how much agony do we deserve? really feeling sorry for myself, but damn.

Well look at it this way: I'm not happy either but at least we've been to bowls since '61. Better to have loved and lost in the early 80's than the poor Owlets.

Come on give Rice some credit-they play well with a backup QB. It might not have been close if he doesn't make some big mistakes. Congratulations Rice on your first bowl since '61-Never thought I'd see the day. I actually gave the Rice team a short ovation. I thought they played well.
