That's great news, that Hargis's injury isn't more serious. Take care of that thing and rehab hard. #70 needs to be out there on the field.

Yeah, what's the latest on #70? We need the big guy in the lineup, and that includes in practice. Hope he's back at practice this week.

Townsend is working very hard to rehab his injured left knee. The swelling has gone down quite a bit and the bruise is quite colorful which means it is getting better. He has 90% mobility and he is riding the bike during practice. The knee is still sore but he is walking better and he has not been on crutches. He treats the knee four times per day. Coach Cash thinks that he could return to practice on Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. He is working hard to try to get back in time for Texas Tech.

Four times a day? That's dedication! (And required, I'm sure....) He's in great hands with Cash and his staff - hope he's ready to roll for the Tech game.
