BJ - just don't show up claiming to have been "with the Ponies all along, a loyal supporter of SMU," because clearly you are neither.

More importantly, kudos to Steve-O for making the right decision.

To Coach Bennett: show Steve-O he made the right choice by kicking tail on the recruiting trail and on the field!

I will support this team no matter who is coaching it.

I am also hopeful that Orsini made it clear to Bennett that he has no more free passes. 2007 must be the year. No more patsy scheduling to inflate your record. No more excuses. Now is the time when you must prove that you can win. These are your players. Lead them. Give them the tools. Instill in them the character, the resolve, the drive to win. We have talent. We have experience. 7 wins and a bowl game.

I'll be honest, I haven't been a PB supporter since the UNT game. But when I see him I see Rossley, being let go right before everything came together. So I'm relieved that he's still around. But seriously, this should have been our year, so the margin of error next year should be razor-thin.

Nobody as of yet... or atleast nobody was mentioned in the team meeting... the loss to rice was tough on the fans and supporters but even more on the players... after talking to many of them today and yesterday they are all still in shock...

I heard from a very reliable source (I love to throw that around, but mine have actually been accurate) that there were no stipulations to PB's staying -- so if there are any firings, it will be completely up to PB.
