Take a look at what's going on at Cincinnati.

I cannot recall anything like this ever happening. If anyone has, please disclose. It certainly is out of the norm.

Why disrupt one team's bowlgame when you can disrupt two? Effectively, the guy is leaving in the middle of the season. If I am Central Michigan, I am suing Kelly for breach of contract and Cincinatti for tortious interference with business relations. So who's staff is Kelly going to use at Cincinatti? Who is going to coach Central Michigan? And you know Kelly is taking some staff with him. This is cr@p.

"It is not the first time that a new coach has taken over a team after the regular season and led that squad in a bowl. David Cutcliffe did so for Mississippi after the 1998 campaign, guiding the Rebels to an Independence Bowl win over Texas Tech."

Did you mean like that??

The other good thing for Cincinnati is that their bowl opponent is Western Michigan...A team that played Central Michigan. So the bearcats new coach all ready knows the WMU play scheme...another plus for Cinn.
