96th in the Area Top 100. This is a good pick up for the Stangs.

One of the Top Sprinters in the State. Finished 2nd at the UIL 4A State Championship in the 200 Meters at 21.48. Won his heat at the Texas Relays in the 100 Meters with a time of 10.63 then finished 6th in the Finals at 10. 61 which is the best time I've found on him. Rivals hasn't updated him in 6 months so this this is stale but they listed offers from SMU and Louisiana Monroe. Rated 5.2 and a 2 star. Measured at the Dallas Rivals camp at SMU at 5-9.8 and 168 pounds(verified). DMN had his Senior Receiving numbers of 29 catches for 647 yards and 8 TDs but getoveryourselfStallion.com has more. He is a big play threat all over the field for example he rushed for 10 yards per carry 30 rushes for 308 yards and another TD. I noticed one of his TDs in his playoff games was a 95 yard TD reception and in another game he had an 85 yard KO Return-probaly there are more. Noticed he got named as an honorable mention Player of the Week where they noted he recovered a fumble and blocked a PAT so he probably has some stats on defense too. Unanimous All-District at WR as a Senior. As a Junior averaged over 30 yards a catch with 21 Receptions for 651 yards and 8 TDs and was First Team All-District.

By a quick glance, we now have 6 commitments from the DMN's top are 100 = the same number as TCU. For some reason, the DMN still hasn't updated Herron on its board and does have this kid.

But remember, our coaches have no idea of what they are doing when it comes to recruiting.

Nice going - pour gas on the fire. That'll help.

7 DFW Top 100 Commitments assures that SMU will remain competitive with NTSU and have an advantage over Sam Houston. Its not the yardstick that should be used.

Isn't signing day on Feb. 7? So that would mean there is a little time between now and then. But our coaches will probably be stuck in the Mr. Recruiting model of building battleships and Corsairs and Japanese Zeros.

And if they have time, they can make a German Stuka. Models. Models. Models.

When was the last time SMU received a player ranked on the Texas Top 100? My point exactly. How many JUCO and/or transfers does SMU expect this year? My point exactly. How many players does Tulsa have on its roster that played high school football within a 50/100 mile radius of SMU. My point exactly. How many commitments does Rice have for next year that SMU offered and play high school football within a 50/100 mile radius. My point exactly. How many winning seasons and/or bowl games does SMU have in the last 20 years? My point exactly. How many Division 1-A programs do not accept back-to-back losing seasons much less multiple without a seaon with more wins than losses or a bowl game? My point exactly. How many fans does SMU get at their home games when they do not play a Big 12 school who buys all the seats? My point exactly. And please tell me again why Bennett keeps his job?
