He is rated 2nd. The others are place kickers. The ECU punter had a better year. Morstead had some inconsistancy in his kicking although overall I was happy and know we are good at that position for a couple of more years.

What should say more, although I do not know what, is the fact that ECU beat us like a drum and they have no one in the top 30.

I would like to see DeMyron Martin play more like a tazmanian devil. Like the way the Cowboy's Barber will not be denied near the goal line. Martin has a tendency to stop driving his legs, and go down too easy. I have heard Martin is too soft, and needs to toughen up. I know everyone blames our offensive line for BOTH of SMU's 1st and goal failures at Rice (and they have their share) but DeMyron is 6'2 and 230 pounds! He should run over, through, drag, bitc% slap or whatever has to be done to get into the endzone! This is hardly a top 25 schedule we are playing against.
