After having a heated discussion with the CSTV folks on the tardiness in starting the broadcast, and the lack of sound, they have assured me that the fault of the broadcast being late is that of the broadcasting school. Can someone in the know let me know who to contact in order to vent my ire with the inability to flip a switch at the appropriate time. The sound issue may be due to Norton antivirus and I did find that the coordination of sound with the 770am radio station is pretty good and that solves that problem. But having to wait unitl 10 minutes into the game is inexcuseable and I would like to address the issue with whomever handles that position. As many have said, if you want to be top 25 you need to act like top 25.

I'd start with an email or phone call to Orsini. Post a message on his blog. I assumed the fault was with the school as I doubted All Access would have a person at Moody flipping the switch.
You might also want to add in your discourse with Orsini that we would like to be able to watch the entire game, not up until the last 30 seconds.

I will mention that. It is a shame yours cut off prematurely. Mine went to the last tick, but was then off immediately. Somebody somewhere has to get this operating correctly. I will work on it.

I am not sure I buy the anti-virus excuse. I had no audio for the game but it worked fine on the postgame press conference.

I think you are right. I have had it before. Whole game, half a game but lately no game. Just do not know if that is the school or All Access. I will find out.

I have been contacted by the Athletic Department based on the ponyfans.com conversations concerning All Access and feel confident the problems are being solved as we speak and hopefully by the game with USM all will be in order. If not fully taken care of by then, it will be shortly thereafter. I am very impressed to have gotten a call at my office based on my ponyfans.com ranting. We are being heard and that is a good thing. My thanks to Brad Sutton and all of those working on this issue. I have full belief that my future viewing will be better. Repsonses in this manner in a very timely fashion give me pride in our organization and hope that we can improve in all of our athletic endeavors.

And they're even letting us heat the production comments on the side.

I think that is a benefit they will stop when then learn of it. Hopefully there will be no FCC fines for use of bad language.

Kinda wish they'd have said something more off-color. At least it would be entertaining.

Mine has never worked better. Check to make sure you are on the right game or anything else. I can not imagine why you can not get it.
