Leave the lawyering to the lawyers.
Contract has a buyout. Liquidated damages. Period.

I doubt that - How many schools are willing to wait 6 years for a 7-5 record?

Whenever you see one of these links, do not click on it, it will infect your computer. I wish there was a way to keep these people off the board.
Here's to those that wish us well and all the rest can go to hell!!!

Was something deleted? I don't see what you are talking about.

Yea, someone keeps on joining the board as a new user and posting links that when clicked on can infect your computer with a worm/virus. PonyPride's doing a pretty good job of getting to them quickly, but I clicked on one link before it was deleted yesterday, and spent a couple of hours trying to fix my computer.
Just watch out for any suspicious links without any accompanying text. If you see one, check the profile of the poster and if they joined just today, stay away from it.

I clicked on it yesterday too, but I am guessing since I am on a Mac it didn't harm my computer.
Would it be obvious if it affected my computer?
Thanks.

What it did to mine was redirect my homepage on Internet Explorer to some Starware site and not let me change it back. I got repeated popups from an internet site saying that my computer had been infected with a virus, and trying to get me to purchase antiviral software. It wouldn't stop, and I ultimately had to go on to Symantec and scan my hard drive and then go into safe mode and delete a couple of the files that were causing it.
In the grand scheme of things, its not going to do anything more than irritate you for a few hours. Kind of like listening to Brent Musberger.

Why did you guys click on what looked like a porn site reference? Even I know that's playing with fire. You're lucky you didn't get a worse problem. Word, don't click on attachments unless they get some age on them.

I figured it was a joke because I didn't think anything like that could get on to this site. Until yesterday, I click on virtually everything that comes up here, and haven't seen anything like that before. Obviously, I'll be a little more cautious in the future.
