Try again Pony4life. It is a newspaper clipping photo from the time the aggie pulled his sword on one of our cheerleaders, there is an older guy in the background shaking his fist, but I can't really makeout who it is. Maybe you can.

Actually, the face of the guy in the backgrounds looks like it has been pasted on to the photo.

SMU's first president, Robert S. Hyer, selected Harvard Crimson and Yale Blue as SMU's colors to symbolize SMU's high academic standards. We are one of the few Universities to have school colors with real meaning...and we just blow them off.

By the way, for those that don't remember, we kicked Aggie butt that day big time. Some of the Aggie Cadets were attempting to chase off SMU Cheerleaders who were doing pushups on their sacred turf. The guy holding the sword got expelled from A&M.

the immortal SMU cheerleader who knocked the Aggie on his Butt was a former SMU football walkon Mark Davis. Touche.

Anyone know the name of that cheerleader? Jees, looks like the Ag was ready to lop his arm off (just a flesh wound!).

yeah the picture of the guy on the left appears to be doctored-that's Mark Davis I believe. Wish someone had a picture of the Aggie after he got dusted.

First of all it's "Franchione." There is an "o" in his name, and second, in case you didnt notice that picture is not very clear, and it doesn't look much like him.
