No there is no comparison between Jones and Haynes, Jones is much higher profile recruit.

Pony Fan wrote:Whatever you think, stallion. The point is you are only reading what is on rivals and interpreting however you want to. Maybe the two guys committed to tcu because we didn't offer them. I have no idea whether we did or not, but neither do you. Rivals says no offer from SMU for two of them, including Jones. You even know we want Bradley Haynes, and likely more than we wanted Jones.
Considering that tcu has won so many more games over the past several years, gone and won bowl games, one would think that they would recruit better than they have showed. I would be disappointed if I were a tcu fan.
Actually, I am more impressed with this year's TCU class than the last 3-4.

Recruits do, in fact, like our football staff. Evivedence:
"'I like coach [Phil] Bennett the most,' said Bell, who played as a freshman and sophomore at Wilmer-Hutchins and as a junior at Arlington Grace Prep. 'He's already getting it turned around. SMU is a school on the rise.'"

White Helmut I going to make it 5-2 SMU based on Herron. Although I couldn't find anything on several stories on Rivals on TCU's interest in Herron I noticed tonite that Scout said TCU offered and he made an unofficial visit early in the recruiting season. Since I don't subscribe to Scout not exactly sure what they say about TCU's interest but I going to give the benefit of the doubt to Bennett.
