Pena was from Leander out of highschool and was a pretty well recruited dual threat QBs in the state if I remember right. Not sure if we recruited him at all but that was the same year we got Phillips and Meeks so we might not have even had him on our radar.

3 stars. Georgia Tech, Colorado, Oklahoma St, and Texas Tech is what it lists for him. #27 rated dual threat QB just ahead of our very own Chris Phillips at #28 and Kevin Kolb at #31 (both also rated ***).

He should have stayed at georgia tech, he would have beating out Ball.

3 schools in 5 years is not impressive in college...hopefully the NCAA will rule in his favor.
