Is he on scholarship? Or is he a walk-on this year?

we are at least 5 maybe 6 under the limit so I wouldn't be surprised if they put him on scholarship this year.

Actually, I heard that he's a walk-on this year, with the expectation that he'll go on scholarship next year. Hopefully we'll be able to save a lot of those 'ships for February's class.

We signed 23 players for this year, so there should only be 2 to give (to make 25), unless some of the signees were walk-ons.

I would imagine that they will "grayshirt" him in January if that is possible (along with FOY) if they cannot give him a scholarship for this fall. But actually enrolling this fall may negate that, I am not too familiar with the peculiarities of the 'grayshirt'...

Though that's how UT signs 29 players and then has 4 defer enrollment for one semester.

Does anyone know which schools besides Air Force recruited him out of high school and what his Rivals ranking was?
