Committed. Spring signing day isn't until next month, I think.

ScoutHoops a Scout affiliate has him ranked as the No. 25 Post Graduate player in the country-in fact ahead of Papa Dia and Mike Walker. He's a 2-3 year project though by just about every evaluation I've seen but with upside potential.

STRENGTHS
Basketball IQ
Passing
Size for Position
AREAS FOR IMPROVEMENT
Athleticism
Competitiveness
Finisher

Initial year in the United States was the 2006-2007 season. Has a feel for the game. Not ready to be productive but can pass the ball, runs OK for his size and projects as an early backup for a high-major program. Simply put: he's a very large human being.

As I recall, Raskauskas was like a top 10 center in the country and rated a project for frame of reference purposes.

This was a December 15th report:

Polish center still open
Polish center still open

By Justin Young, Rivals.com Basketball Recruiting Senior Writer

Every team in the country would love to get their hands on a 7-footer late in the signing period. Especially, the mid-majors. Lee (Me.) Academy center Tomasz Kwiatkowski is a hot target for the Cinderella teams this season as the Polish native is putting in the work to sign with a school in the spring.

Kwiatkowski's coach, Carl Parker, said the three-star pivot man is the most recruited player at Lee Academy this year.

"He gets more mail than any other player that we have here," Parker said. "He'll probably get 10 to 15 a day."

Kwiatkowski was a hot name right before the early signing period but he decided to wait until the spring to ink with a program in large part to his lack of knowledge of the schools recruiting him. The center visited Virginia after the signing period ended. Since then, a number of schools from all levels have thrown a hat into the picture.

"A bunch of people are looking at him just because he's such a big body and players that size are few and far between so there is going to be interest in him," Parker said. "A lot of people are staying in the hunt."

Virginia remains in the mix. UNLV is also in the picture. Parker said Kwiatkowski liked his time in Charlottesville.

"He likes Virginia. He likes the people there and they have been honest and sincere with him from the start," Parker said.

On the court, Kwiatkowski is still a work in progress.

"He's doing okay. He's a little slow in his development but that is not that unusual for a big guy," Parker said. "He's a great kid though. I really think a good mid-major school would be the place for him."

Kwiatkowski returns home to Poland for the holiday break on Sunday. Parker said he anticipates the recruiting process to take the next up upon arriving back to the United States.

and another evaluation:

Best of the Rest: Big Men

By Justin Young, Rivals.com Basketball Recruiting Recruiting Analys

The early signing period has passed and college coaches are always looking for the best of the rest. Size does matter this time of year as the talent pool continues to shrink. Rivals.com breaks down the top remaining players;
***
Other centers of note:

Claude Britton (Genesis One, Mendenhall, MS) – Huge big man that clogs the lane. At 6-10, 290, there are few that have that kind of size and skills to work with that are still available.

Montrell Clark (Milwaukee, WI) – Long, lean and full of potential. The near seven-footer is a mid-major steal.

Tomasz Kwiatkowski, Lee Academy (Me.) – One of the few true seven footers that can sneak into the high-major level. Will help a program down the road instead of right away.

Ya there's an article with a big writeup about him in the DMN just none of us thought it would be relevant to post it in the thread.

No Signing Day on weekends.

Second Wednesday in April - every year.

And just so you can mark your calendars now, early Signing Day for basketball is the second Wenesday in November.

Be sure to plan your schedules accordingly.

Sorry, I was being sarcastic for PonyGrad who asked if we had any other confirmation. There is no other confirmation.
