Andrew Luck - Houston Stratford

Post by Bobby Savoy »

Have we offered this kid or what? He will be the nation's best quarterback coming out of high school next year. Period. Coach Edmonson please give this a shot.

Rivals has him listing medium interest in each of the following schools: Georgia Tech, Kansas, Kansas State, Nebraska, Oklahoma State, Purdue, Texas and Texas A&M. Reports offers from all except Georgia Tech and Texas.

The "nation's best quarterback?" According to who? I'm sure he's a good player - not challenging that. But is he regarded to be like Clausen last year, or Perilloux the year before?

Well, Stanford football will finally arrive this season. Top 25 finish this year and Pac-10 championship within the next four. Place your bets now folks. Wish we would have looked harder at this kid...

I do too. But, in 2007 we had no one home! Not even the lights were on...Out coaching team got there just ten days or so before signing date in Feb. '08.

Bump.

Go Colts. Missed on the Pac 12 Championship but hit on best QB coming out of HS...and college.
Oh we see the Varsity,
Varsity, Varsity,
As she towers o'er the hill
Over there.

And our hearts are filled with joy,
SMU, SMU,
Alma Mater, we'll be true
Forever!

Bobby Savoy is a prophet. I like the comment about Ryan Perriloux or Jimmy Clausen being better. HA!
