Added 3 PG's to the list of players we are looking at. They are the 3 last players on the list. Can anyone clear up which is the actual last name of the kid from Duncanville and has anyone seen him play much?

Brian Talley is a junior at Duncanville (i.e. he wont be in this years recruiting class) He started about half of Duncanville's games this year, and played signifigant minutes in the games he didnt start. Not a big scorer, but good distributor. Duncanville had alot of other guys who could score this year, many of whom are graduating, so he may be asked to take on more of a scorers role next season. He's, very, very quick, but his main weakness is he's tiny. Smaller than John Roberson, significantly smaller than Dez Willingham. Maybe he'll grow another inch, but height is always going to work against him.

I dont know whats up with the multiple last names. Perhaps his parents are divorced and he's used both names at different times, or one parent got remarried. I've seen that sort of thing happen with kids before.

Didn't even notice he was a Junior. Thanks for the info on him though. I removed Brian from the list since this post is following potential 2007 class prospects.

Also reflected the apparent commit of Rhodes. Supposedly could be a part of the '07 or '08 class as he might play another year of ball at prep school.

• The end of the early basketball signing period is today and Kansas is not expected to add any recruits, leaving the Jayhawks with one signee, 6-10 center Cole Aldrich of Bloomington, Minn. KU will continue to evaluate Bennie Rhodes, a 6-6 small forward from Mount Zion Prep, who is also considering UCLA and Oklahoma State.
