Men's Swimmers finish 18th in NCAA'sThe Men's team placed 13th in two relays and 4th in another to finish 18th overall. Congrats on a great meet and a top 20 finish.
I obviously want and expect higher finishes in the future, but 18th is a good result for the number of men sent to Nationals.
With a new Natatorium being planned and funds being raised, the Men and Woment teams will become more competitive. I love Perkins Natatorium for its history, but a quality Div. I program with our rich tradition, needs a new aquatic center for recruiting, training Men's & Women's Swimming and Diving teams and holding regional events to attract other teams, both college and high school. Here are the Top 25 Final Results. Good showing, including edging out Texas A&M and top non-BCS conference school. Not bad and we will get better
