What is crazy is that these pictures are on the USC School website. Actually, that may not be crazy at all.

I live 10 mins from Laguna - don't think that's in LB. No houses in Laguna come right up to the sand like that. Looks more like Newport to me...

I've never heard of the sands. Are you talking about the Surf and Sand?

Actually, I think that picture is from Manhattan or Hermosa Beach.

Yeah, I was thinking maybe up in LA county or maybe even in San Diego. Manhattan would make the most sense.

They are in Hermosa Beach. The house belongs to the family of one of the cheerleaders.
