I do not have any expectations of SMU reaching a bowl game in the 2007 season. I will be pleasantly surprised if they do.

2005: we went 5-6
For 2006,
we replaced 2 Big12 teams (Baylor and Aggies) with 2 SunBelt teams (ArkSt and NTSU),
dropped TCU and
added 1-AA SHSU and Tech.
2006 Results: 6-6 (1/2 game increase by adding a 1-AA and easier 1-A schedule).
For 2007, we replace SHSU (1-AA) with a road game at TCU, plus we go to Jonesboro (and woop, we get NTSU at Dallas vs in Denton).
Thus, 2007 will be a harder schedule.
The only positive I see is that we have a legitimate returning starting QB for the first time in a while.
2-2 would be an encouraging start, but 1-3 is a possibility. Even with 2-2, we will be lucky to go 4-4 again in conference.
If we finish 6-6 again, we all know that PB is gone...and if that is the case, why did we wait ANOTHER year?
The sky is not falling...but we better show well against TECH.

thats my big concern of the ooc games... they did not play up to their potential last year, and if i remember correctly they had a few of their better players out. hope the team really focuses and doesnt over look them

You are all certainly welcome at my place, but you might enjoy Clinton's loft at the Library. I have never been in it but I would imagine it has some mighty fine amenities. Just get your shots before you come.

What amenities, porn channels and strippers? I'm sorry, I couldn't resist. If anyone ever thinks of running for President just think, we remember,Gerald Ford for being clumsey, Jimmy Carter - for lusting. Ronald Reagan for ad libbing the bombing starts tomorrow. George HW Bush for hurling in the lap of the Japanese prime minister. Bill Clinton for Monica. W for being dense. That's why America will never have a king. And funny, one of the most qualified Republicans is Jeb Bush who will never get elected because of W.

Actually, the Clinton Library is great. I had forgotten how much had gone on during the 8 years he served. It is very simple yet very educational. Check it out. You will like it a lot. I will be very interested in seeing the Bush library when it makes it to SMU.
