I'll bite:

Player that needs to step up: DeMyron Martin, because he said he's going to
Play that needs to step up: any play from inside opp. 5 yard line, because
that kept us out of a bowl game last year
The game I'm looking forward to the most is TTech, because it's the first game, and it's fun to see Ford sold out
The most critical game is TCU, because it's a rivalry and no doubt they'll be ready for SMU because of last time. It's not often that our team faces a very good team who is focused and prepared only on SMU
Will the offense be improved: I hope so, because we need it to be
The defense will do well with the back 7 players
The best defensive player this year will be Patrick Handy
Defensive player that needs to step up is Wilton McCray
Best overall position on the team is punter
We will go 7-5
The bowl game will be the N.O. bowl, because that's where Rice went last year

Player that needs to step up: DeMyron Martin
Play that needs to step up: 3rd and long pass D, had more of an impact on our season then 2 plays at rice
The game I'm looking forward to the most is TCU, NTSU... we need to build a better recruiting base in dfw, this would help, also tulsa on the road
The most critical game is ASU & NTSU both games could kill the teams spirits and chances at the post season
Will the offense be improved: not sure if justin can top last year, if we can establish a better running game and keep down our turnovers then yes
The best defensive player this year will be Reggie Carrington, time for him to step up, PB once claimed he could play anywhere in the country (which i believe) amazing potential, time to show it
Defensive player that needs to step up is entire secondary
Best overall position on the team is punter
We will go 8-4

OK anybody that thinks our DBs are the strongest position on the team has to be returning from a different planet. None of them have even proven they can even be average at the Division 1A level to this point. Each and every one of them is a big questionmark until proven otherwise. If that's our strongest position then we suck.

I thought your position was we base such judgments on how many stars they had or how highly recruited they were. McCann, Bailey=three stars; KJ Ellis came from a Big XII schools with other offers you'ved mentioned, and Brandon Jones may be better than McCann at this point. Seriously, is DB the only position where we have more than one three star recruits?

I was surprised at the faith in our DBs too. We really have nowhere to go but up with our CBs, but I'd hardly call that a strength.

I'm not sure what I'd call the strongest position on the team... I like our Wideouts, and the QB situation.

the player that will step up is Demyron Martin because his clock is ticking.

the play that NEEDS to step up the season is Ryan Leanard because God knows we need that Dline to hold.

the game i'm looking forward to the most is Tech because its only 144 days away.

the most critical game of the season CUSA because... well, duh.

The offense be improved this season because Demyron will be healthy and Justin has a year under his belt.

The defense will make me want to cry.

best defensive player this season wil be Wilton McCrary, because he'll be having PTS flashbacks to Corey Muse flailing on him.

defensive player that needs to step up Bryan McCann

whats the best overall position on the team QB.

we will go 7/5 this season

if we go to a bowl, which will it be and why? The Goerge Dewey Also-Ran Bowl.

McCann's a better than average D1 player.

Our secondary gave up about a billion passing yards last season and we lost our best player in it.

McCann's a better than average D1 player.

Better at giving up huge yards on a five yard hitch?

The guy has plenty of potential, but I didn't see enough of it last season.

Any one can be critical for any analysis..If we are going to be critical of another's opinion...then we should give ours so our opinions can be looked at....We are looking for opinions...I feel like the dbs will be an improvement. The linebackers look good... starting out, if injuries don't interfere. I think Bennett should step up and show us that defense we have been looking for...for a few years!!! I think if the defensive line steps up to it's potential...that it will give the offense the opportunity to score more often. The receivers must step up above the Spring Game to catch balls that are in reach instead of so many drops as was the case at the Spring Game. Looking mostly to the Tech game with a full stadium and great expectations....Go Mustangs!!!

In my opinion we will not be improved in the secondary because we lost our best player there and the ones coming back gave up about a billion yards in passing last year.
