not as impressive as The Babe calling his shot, but I called this one a month or two ago...Justin is just too talented to not get a shot at the NFL. I knew a team would take a chance on him, New England is a great fit, they're going to give him a shot to make the team as a 3-4 pass rushing OLB.
Good luck Justin!

The last Mustang to get drafted was most likely Kevin Garrett, taken by the St. Louis Rams in the 5th round of the 2003 NFL draft.

It is the 3-4, meaning they will carry a lot more linebackers. Look at the names above, they are all old men in a young man's game. By no means will Justin come in and start, but he has a great chance to make the team, and contribute down the road

With how great the Patriots' Offseason is going and if Justin stays on the roster he could wind up getting a ring

While I don't want to stand on a big soap box and cheerlead too much, and it obviously won't happen overnight, it's very reasonable to see him succeed at the next level. Over his career here, and especially towards the end, he just seemed to excel in every situation he was in, carrying over to the Texas vs. the nation game. Personally, I can't wait to see what happens with him.
Taken by the Patriots in the 6th round! Best of luck...
........................CONGRATULATIONS JUSTIN ! I would also think DT Adrian Haywood's name should be coming up shortly. With Haywod's strength and speed, he could be an excellent DT pass rusher like he was at SMU. I think he has similiar skills to the Louisville DT taken by the Texans in the 1st round. Haywood is a late round steel for any NFL team.

New England seems like the perfect place where he can develop and eventually contribute.
Congratulations, Justin!
